Terms & Conditions
All of the party packages listed in the brochure are subject to availability.
Bookings cannot be confirmed without a £10 deposit per person. All deposits are non-refundable or transferable.
Provisional reservations must be confirmed within 14 days of the initial reservation and will be deemed invalid if formal confirmation is not received within those 14 days.
Final numbers must be confirmed and full payment is due four weeks before your event. Any non-attendance or reduced numbers after the balance due date will still be subject to payment.
All monies are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERABLE. No refunds will be given for lost deposits. Should your numbers reduce, the monies lost cannot be used against wine, drinks or the final balance. Party organisers are advised to inform all members of their party of this policy.
Please advise us in advance if you have anyone in your party with specific dietary requirements. With the exception of the reception drink, drinks are not included in the package price.
Only alcohol purchased from Life Conference and Banqueting may be consumed on the premises.
Private parties are most welcome and are accepted on an agreed minimum number.
All guests attending a function must dine with us.
Please note that there will be no admission to guests attending lunches after 1.00pm and an evening event after 9.00pm unless this has been previously arranged with the management.
All information is correct at time of going to print. The management reserve the right to amend or cancel events without prior notification. Management reserve the right to cancel events should minimum numbers not be achieved.
We will endeavour to offer an alternative date/themed event of the same or higher value.
Deposits and prepayments are refundable for events cancelled by Life Conference & Banqueting. All prices include VAT. We accept cash, credit and debit cards. Cheques can be made payable to Life Conference and Banqueting.
