Our delegate packages can be specifically tailored to suit your needs. A dedicated member of the team will be on hand to answer any questions you might have and help with your arrangements to ensure that your event runs smoothly.
For daytime events where catering and refreshments are required, our all inclusive day delegate rate is offered at two levels allowing you to choose the package which best suits your delegates' needs. However, we also appreciate each event is different and are happy to designed tailor-made delegate rates to suit your own individual requirements.
Package One £42.00 per person
- Main Meeting Room Hire from 08.00am until 17.30pm
- Arrival Coffee, Tea and Bacon Rolls
- Mid Morning Coffee, Tea and Cookies
- Two Course Finger Buffet Lunch served with Orange Juice and Mineral Water
- Mid Afternoon Coffee, Tea and Biscuits

Package Two £47.50 per person

- Two Course Fork Buffet Lunch served with Orange Juice and Mineral Waters
- Mid Afternoon Coffee, Tea and Cakes
- Free Equipment of your choice to the value of £250.00
- Delegate place settings - Pads, Pens and Place Cards
- Bottled Mineral Water, Cordials, Sweets & Mints
- Fresh Fruit Bowls
All prices include VAT at the standard rate - Minimum numbers of 20 apply.
