To mark the centenary of the sinking of RMS Titanic, Life will be recreating elements of the lavish menu that was served to First class passengers on that fateful evening.
The tragedy marked the start of the end of the Empire and a new era in which science was to become the leading force in the world. Guided by contemporary reports and past evidence, Noel Jackson will be sharing fascinating anecdotes which put the food, the ship and its passengers- in context.
